Tui Blue The Haven Ipoh, Ipoh

I had a wonderful experience at the Haven Resort Hotel in Ipoh City. The location surrounded by lush greenery was refreshing and perfect for relaxation, while the spacious rooms offered a lovely view of the lake and pool. The swimming pool, especially with its warm jacuzzi, was a highlight, although the breakfast could have been better. Mr. Ronald’s assistance made our family trip truly enjoyable, but the fluctuating water temperature in the bathrooms was a bit of a letdown.

The Haven Resort offers a stunning backdrop of beautiful hills and spacious apartment-style accommodations, making it feel like a little slice of paradise. Our stay was enjoyable, particularly with the quiet ambiance and friendly greetings from staff. However, the service could use some improvement, especially during check-in and breakfast, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

I had a fantastic time at this resort! The rooms were spacious and clean, offering beautiful views of the lake and stunning scenery. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable, especially for our young kids who loved the indoor playroom and outdoor playground. The only downside was a minor bathroom issue in one of the rooms, but overall, we couldn't have asked for more.

The Haven is a beautiful and relaxing resort that exceeded my expectations during my stay in Ipoh. The spacious rooms and stunning lake views were highlights, although I did encounter some delays during check-in and some cleanliness issues in the room. The staff were exceptional and truly made the experience enjoyable, especially during dining. I will definitely return for another stay.
